a modernist dollhouse
Know a little (or not so little) kid who fancies 20th century design? This dollhouse just might make them squeal.
From a small farm on Victoria’s south-west coast, the good folks at Object Utility make sleek and simple home furniture. Using local materials, they’ve created a rather impressive range of designs – including this Modernist dollhouse, made from Australian plywood. Each unit of the dollhouse has two rooms, letting one’s dolls have their private space (being handled and dragged through dirt every day must be emotionally taxing, after all), and one can even stack the units, thanks to their flat roofs. Take a closer peek over at the Object Utility website, where you can purchase one for a little (or not so little) kid with a thing for 20th century architecture.
