Finally someone has granted our one great wish: to live in a hobbit’s home, just like Bilbo Baggins.

Finally someone has granted our one great wish: to live in a hobbit’s home, just like Bilbo Baggins. Huzzah! A company called Green Magic Homes has brought our modest dreams to life, constructing prefabricated modular buildings that sit underneath a blossoming garden. Not only do they look like they’d be right at home in Middle Earth, the houses are also waterproof and fire resistant, environmentally friendly, and you can even grow vegetables right on your roof. So cool! Even better news is that they only take a couple of weeks to manufacture and build, meaning you won’t need to spend weeks arguing over paint shades, construction and renovations.
