Think about the term ‘still life’ and you probably imagine bowls of fruit or flower-filled vases. While food and blooms often play a starring role in Vanessa McKeown’s snaps, we’re willing to bet the London still life photographer’s work is nothing like you’d expect.
Some of the subjects in her weird and wacky photographs include, for example, bread legs, Furbies undertaking various activities, balloon hot dogs and daffodils sipping on Coca-Cola.
