There are plenty of uses for those sugar high-inducing candy canes that tend to overtake your pantry at this time of year. Lickable Chrissie tree decorations, for instance. Miniature weapons in a sugary sword fight. A pre-sweetened stirrer for your afternoon cuppa. Or the perfect hook to catch yourself a festive, sweet-toothed fish.
Our very favourite though is this candy cane white chocolate mousse, which is super simple to make and mighty easy on the eye. With just a little whipping, folding and beating (it's much gentler than it sounds) you'll have a tasty dessert to serve up on Christmas Day – just make sure your guests leave a little space for sweets after shoveling all the pudding and ham into their gobs.
