A touring Play School exhibition is showing the original rocket clock; square, arched and round windows; and Big and Little Ted!

Play School, we salute you. You’re the longest running Aussie kids’ TV show, and you’ve kept so many of us entertained (literally millions of us), while munching on after-school snacks. Last year, you turned 50, which makes you one of the coolest middle-aged entities around – and thanks to the clever curatorial types at National Museum Australia, a whole bunch of the original props (including the rocket clock and square, arched and round windows!) are available for the public to view. The lucky folks in Toowoomba can catch the Celebrating 50 years of Play School exhibition at the Cobb+Co Museum till Sunday July 30th, and the rest of us can find out more about the collection over here.
