Young writerly folk of Australia and New Zealand: get ready for four days of sharing ideas and learning, because the National Young Writers’ Festival (NYWF) is returning to Newcastle for the October long weekend.
This year, the in-person and online festival will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a bunch of panels, discussions, workshops, launches, performances, readings, installations and more. If you’re aged 18 – 35 and would like to get involved in the festivities, pitch the NYWF team your ideas over here. But be speedy – applications close on Sunday, May 8. Keep an eye on the NYWF website for updates and program announcements.
The National Young Writers’ Festival runs from September 29 – October 2.
