Cat Rabbit’s latest exhibition, Kept in Mind, is all about stitched-up memories.
Every time we look at Cat Rabbit’s handiwork we get lost in a land of smiles and nostalgia, so it’s pretty appropriate that the crafty lady’s latest exhibition, Kept in Mind, is all about memories.
Taking place in her hometown of Melbourne, the show will feature a slew of soft sculptures made from felt and linen, alongside a few forays into quilting and printmaking.
It kicks off today at Tinning Street and runs till Sunday August 7th. Oh, and if you’re in the mood to mingle with some other crafty types, may we suggest you pop over tomorrow night between 6pm and 9pm for the official opening? Perhaps we’ll see you there, with misty eyes and rose-coloured specs.
