Attention all artsy-types – applications to appear in Our Mob and Our Young Mob are open now.

Great news! Adelaide Festival Centre is putting on its annual (and pretty terrific) show, Our Mob, which showcases all the incredible talent and art found in South Australia’s Aboriginal community ranging from visual art, music, literature, storytelling and much more. They are also putting on an exhibition for young whippersnappers, Our Young Mob, so anyone under 18 has a chance to show off their creative flair.

There's even a chance for some lucky few to win the $2000 Trevor Nickolls art prize or the $5000 Don Dunstan Foundation Emerging Artist prize and the chance to have a dedicated solo exhibition the following year, so it's best you don't delay with your application! First Nations artists can apply to take part in Our Mob by popping over to the festival’s website now and filling out their form, with entries closing on July 23.

Our Mob and Our Young Mob will run from August 19 – October 7
