Having a peep at this photo series by Old Brand New has got us thinking about how to subdivide our own spaces (albeit, not as sprawling and awesome as this downtown loft). The abundance of greenery in his abode adds a fresh touch we don't normally see in dust-covered vintage collections, and the fact Adam chooses to patch anything developing moth holes instead of completely refurbishing could save us a lot of time and dosh.
