This could possibly be the most pant-wettingly exciting culinary discovery of modern times. Ladies and gentlemen, may we present ... the sandwich cake. Based on the traditional Swedish dish smorgastarta, it's basically an enormous wodge of savoury sandwich filling (smoked fish, eggs, veggies, mayo, cheese) held together with soft baked bread, which you cut and eat like a cake. Our food world is now complete.
