Kardajala Kirridarra are four ladies making electro-ambient sounds that might just delight your eardrums. The band name translates to “Sandhill Women”, and they sing in both Mudburra, an Indigenous language, and English. They also recently bagged the Northern Territory Song of the Year Award, took to the stage at Golden Plains, and we’re damn proud to be presenting their debut self-titled album pre-stream right here, right now, in frankie land. Stream away, lovelies, and to hook yourself up with more Kardajala Kirridarra goodness, scoot on over to their Facebook page, and get your mitts on the album for realises when it’s officially released on Friday July 7th, i.e. this very Friday.
