Ever imagined what a conversation would look like if it were represented in colours and shapes? Well, it just so happens that artist Joey Slaughter has spent a good chunk of time doing just that. The Louisiana-based fellow visualises a sentence or phrase as a “specific color harmony”, then whips up a corresponding creation using acrylic paint on laser-cut wood panels showing what those “conversational wavelengths” would look like to him. Interesting, huh? Scroll down to have a gander at our little gallery of his works, then pop over to his website to see even more.
