In November, Australia becomes wedged between seasons in the most delicious way possible: the warm spring breeze floats past outside as the pumpkin spice Thanksgiving recipes waft over from America.

Our normal US blog roll is currently inundated with smatterings of pecans and touches of caramel. And although we're technically meant to be looking more towards tangy mangoes and crisp vegies at the moment, it doesn't hurt to pretend that we're in the middle of fall in the mid-West, does it?

This recipe for pumpkin waffles with maple whipped cream has us going cross-eyed: we know what's for breakfast all this week.
