tunesday – jeane’s sophomore single is a top-notch fiery anthem

“CASH” marks the second track from the Melbourne/Naarm band.

Jeane is back with a new tune and boy, are we guzzling it up. The rockers burst onto the scene in late 2023 with their ripper track “Emotional Baby” – a debut single for the ages. Now, they’re finally treating us to new sonic goodness in the form of “CASH”. A band made up of musical mates, frontwoman Jazz Johnston has joined forces with Luke Moseley (guitar), Connor Black-Harry (bass) and Pelaya Arapakis (drums) to bring this flock of angels to life. Paired with a rad music video that harks back to the visual stuff of the good old days when MTV dominated our screens, “CASH” is an addictive anthem with a punk-rock heart and a slew of witty lyricisms. Plus, Jeane has just announced that their debut EP – Sicko – is coming this May, so there’s more where that came from. Feast your eyes on the “CASH” music video below.

Keep up to date with all things Jeane this-a-way. For more epic rocky tunes, check out our chat with Courtney Barnett here. Plus, sign up to our newsletter to stay in the (music) loop.
