Ever considered decorating your smoothie bowl with the likeness of Macaulay Culkin and/or adorable animals? Hazel Zakariya has – and her work is pretty frigging remarkable. It all started by accident, apparently, when the Auckland-based artist was attempting (and failing) to garnish her soup with coconut swirls, then added a few dabs of pesto to create a tree.
