tea for a sore throat

It won’t cure a cold, but it will help you breathe a little easier.

Struck down with a stuffy nose or sore throat? This turmeric, ginger and mint tea from Rye London won’t cure your cold, but it will, at the very least, alleviate some of the yucky symptoms (including those tiny stabby daggers in your throat). The recipe calls for fresh turmeric, but if you can’t get your hands on any, turmeric powder is just as good in our opinion. Aside from that, you’ll need a chunk of ginger, mint leaves, fennel seeds and some honey. Once you've gathered your ingredients, simply sit back while it steeps and have yourself some well-deserved rest.
