Just like the saying "It's wine-o-clock somewhere in the world" (which has been known to be thrown around quite liberally in the frankie office), there's plenty of room for seasonal allowances when it comes to cute-as-a-button clothing. "It's summer somewhere in the world", we sigh as we slip on a sleeveless dress, then step outside into rather frosty, goosebump-inducing temperatures.
