We never thought we'd look at a dissected frog, gizzards spread out on the table, and utter an adoring 'aww' sort of noise. And yet here we are, doing just that, thanks to the nimble-fingered folk at aKNITomy.

A little bit icky and a little bit cuddly, their knitted autopsy range includes lab rats, biology class frogs, earthworms, bats and even an alien from outerspace, and while we know our stomachs should probably be flipping about looking at all the organs, we actually think they're pretty ace.
