Great news! It turns out you can make a rich, velvety icecream at home with just three simple ingredients. And there's no need for fandangled appliances, either: just stir together, shove in the freezer and forget about it while it does its thing. (Although we doubt we'll be able to stop thinking about it 'til it's on the end of a spoon, en route to our gobs.)

Even better news!
