Great news! It turns out you can make a rich, velvety icecream at home with just three simple ingredients. And there's no need for fandangled appliances, either: just stir together, shove in the freezer and forget about it while it does its thing. (Although we doubt we'll be able to stop thinking about it 'til it's on the end of a spoon, en route to our gobs.)

Even better news! Once you've got the icecream base covered, there's a whole lot of scope for flavour experimentation – and it goes without saying that this Iced VoVo-inspired recipe is a good place to start.
