How about a Valentine typewriter for Valentine's Day?
We would really adore one of these 1969 Valentine typewriters this Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, they're nearly impossible to come across nowadays, that is, unless you wander past the Design Institute of Australia's Gallery at 175 Collins Street, Melbourne from today til 24th February. It's part of an exhibition that just opened, exhibiting typewriter designs through the ages. RMIT University industrial design lecturer Ian Wong curated the exhibition, and the pieces are all from his personal collection. Valentine, will you be our Valentine?
