Did you hear that colossal bang? Don't be alarmed, it was just the sound of our minds simultaneously imploding at the sight of this incredible paper craft by Yusuke Oono.

Putting our crafternoon cutting and pasting efforts to shame, the Japanese architect and designer has drawn on his knack for 3D construction to create a kind of paper book-diorama hybrid that we're digging in a big, big way. In each piece, 40 pages have been carefully laser cut and fanned out, forming a storybook scene that can be admired from a whopping 360 degrees.
