tunesday – meg hitchcock

What’s not to love about nostalgic pop and a kitschy ‘80s film clip?

UK-born muso Meg Hitchcock originally planned to pursue music in London, but after a brief stint Down Under, couldn’t bear to tear herself away from Byron Bay. We’re pretty chuffed she decided to settle here – if she hadn’t, her glimmering debut single “Hello Moon” might never have graced our earholes. A classically trained musician, Meg’s tunes promise a mix of soul, ‘80s disco and good ol’ indie pop. Her penchant for being a bit theatrical, too, is on full display in her throwback film clip. We won’t spoil anything, but if you’re into a bit of ‘80s camp, you’ll definitely dig the visuals below.
