Grace Turner’s opening line in “Easy I Fall” hits you hard. “If you wanna fuck me / then just tell me that you love me”, she offers wearily. Grace admits it’s sometimes the first song she’ll play at a show to grab peoples’ attention, and it works. But the alt-folk song is more than shock value – it’s a hypnotic listen about the power imbalance in relationships and “putting someone’s wants and needs above your own” (boo!).
