tunesday – floodlights

By Emma Do

Just some rockin' tunes about road trip epiphanies.

Louis Parsons, Ashlee Kehoe, Jono Taylor and Joe Draffen.

We’ve all fantasised about quitting the day job that bores us to tears. Louis Parsons of the Melbourne four-piece band Floodlights actually did it, throwing in the towel at his finance gig to drive across the country by himself. After thousands of kilometres, countless stretches of desert and small town stopovers, Louis became sure of one thing: he was done with corporate life. Floodlights are launching their single at The Workers Club in Melbourne this Friday night, April 5th. More info over here.
