Tune out any distractions - be it pesky homework, attention-seeking toddlers or keyboard-treading kitties - pour yourself a tasty tipple and hit play below.

This is the lead single from Melbourne garage pop group the Pink Tiles (aka one of our favourite local bands doing the rounds right now), who you might have found yourself cutting a rug to at our recent issue 60 do. It's called "Ordinary Girl", and is likely to make you grab your nearest two-legged pal for a quick spin around the lounge room dancefloor – ideally while donning something a wee bit glitzy, with an overjoyed grin plastered across your face.

The band's new self-titled album will be released on hot pink vinyl from August 25th, but you can pre-order your copy right now, from here. Or then again, you could win one via our special little giveaway; just email us your name and address and tell us why you dig their boppy sound to enter.
