Every now and then we come across a band that fills a little part of us we didn't know was missing. A part devoid of sequins and sassy songstresses, not to mention bulging hairdos, swaying hips and room-engulfing smoke machines. Stepping in to meet our needs, Melbourne's Sugar Fed Leopards are bringing the glitz and glamour, and there's a whole lot of musical merriment thrown in for good measure. The dazzling group – featuring Sugar Breath, Limona Squeeze, Carriemella Koala, Kitty Kat, Gum Powder Gray and Davide Dolce – make tunes that sit somewhere between disco and soul. Expect to jig, jive, wiggle, waggle and generally cut a serious rug – this is music to move to, so you'd best prepare your dancing shoes.
