Are you as big a fan of Florence and the Machine as we are? If the answer's yes, you'll probably dig these new tunes from Canadian outfit Reuben and the Dark.

Are you as big a fan of Florence and the Machine as we are? If the answer's yes, you'll probably dig these new tunes from Canadian outfit Reuben and the Dark. Produced by Flo's very own drummer, Christopher Lloyd Hayden, the four-sometimes-five-piece write music that's mighty poetic – which makes sense really, given the lyrics come from actual poems written by frontman Reuben Bullock about his life with a travelling minister dad. Yep, he's literally the son of a preacher-man. Their debut album, Funeral Sky, came out last week and we sure like what we've heard. A wee bit folk, a wee bit soul and jampacked full of words to make you weep (and smile), you can have a gander at their first single, "Rolling Stone", to the left.
