This local duo make the kind of easy listening tunes that your ear drums will thank you for.

There are plenty of things to know about Melbourne duo Magic Hands. Like the fact that they're inspired by traditional music cultures and 1970s psychedelia, for instance. Or that singer Lucy Roleff is a pretty top-notch illustrator who was trained in classical music since the age of five. Or that Alex Badham actually trained to become a filmmaker, but left cinema behind to create sweet electro lullabies.

What you really need to get through your noggin, though, is that the pair have released their debut album, and it's the kind of easy listening that your ear drums will thank you for. Have a listen to Let Me Hold You While You Fail over here, then grab yourself a copy if you want to hear more.
