tunesday - buckley ward

We would like to introduce to you a little band called Buckley Ward. Their new album came out just last week, and we've liked what we've heard. It's called So Pretend and the artwork is a little bit pretty-creepy. Is that a thing? We're making it a thing. Going by the photos to the left, they're a fair looking bunch of lads and lasses too. The entire record has an air of 'Little Red Riding Hood goes to the dark side' to it, with equals amounts of hand strummed guitar melodies and haunting vocals. No big band wolf here though - just smooth, dazed afternoon tunes.
