tunesday - brighter later

New Melbourne duo Brighter Later are pretty appropriate summer listening, what with the days growing longer and the tips of our hair bleaching in the sun and all. They're as fresh on the scene as the mangoes in our mouths and we thought you might like a little untapped talent to cruise along with on your Tuesday arvo.

They've just released a stop-motion animation for their debut single "The Woods" and we thought you might like a little looksee. It's been created by Polly Dedman who's a local illustrator, animator and going by the intricacy of this flick, has the patience of a whole flock of paper-winged saints.
