Feeling the need for a little lady inspiration? All through 2013, illustrator Lisa Congdon and writer Maria Popova collaborated on a blog project called The Reconstructionists: an online celebration of marvellous historical women. Though they've stopped uploading now, the completed project is well worth a looksee, full of portraits with hand-lettered quotes and mini essays on some pretty epic lives.
