It took us a little longer than usual to type up this here post this morning, mostly because the drool on our keyboard was getting in the way. Before you go ahead and judge us and our widespread slobber, check out this feat of baking genius: a LAMINGTONUT. Half lamington, half doughnut, like some sort of magnificent jam-and-cream-filled mythical beast. Only it's not mythical at all – in fact, you can whip one up in your very own kitchen using this nifty recipe from The Kawaii Kitchen. Hell, why not make a whole batch and bring them in to the frankie office? Promise we'll mop up our drool before then.
