Polish creative bunch Forms and Shapes Foundation love taking their art out into the world and showing it off a bit. Looking around Warsaw, they realised most of the city's statues were invisible to passersby – and the ones that weren't were either politically or socially divisive. As a remedy, they thought they'd make their own movable monument: a tribute to everyone's favourite childhood friend, the teddy bear. Their project is called The Cuddly, and is currently making appearances around Poland for people to clamber on, chat about and generally smile along with. This video (and this one too) shows the bear's construction, which looks both enormously fun and enormously time-consuming.
