There’s nothing appetising about tucking into a concrete slab, yet here we are, drooling over a chunk of 'terrazzo'. To be fair, the 'terrazzo’ in question is in fact a chocolate sheet cake covered in black sesame ‘cement’ and colourful chocolate shards that mimic our favourite flooring material.
