Tatsuya Tanaka has been making mini dioramas every day for a couple of years now, and scrolling through his collection is really making us quite smiley. The Japanese art director uses teeny tiny figurines amongst everyday objects to create scenes that are equal parts pretty, funny and clever – like a couple waltzing through a brocolli forest, for instance, or athletes hurling themselves over music notes, or a fellow taking care of his digital bookshelf. Take a wander through more of Tatsuya’s whimsical worlds via Instagram.
