sydney tea festival

There’s more to the tea-sipping experience than dunking an English Breakfast teabag into a mug of boiling water.

Brews, glorious brews. There’s more to the tea-sipping experience than dunking an English Breakfast teabag into a mug of boiling water, and you’ll find out all about it if you head along to the Sydney Tea Festival this weekend.

A haven for all things leafy and soothing, the event includes a tea market stocked up with specialty brews, easy-on-the-eye teaware, and scrummy foods to accompany your cuppa. You can also sample loose leaf and herbal concoctions while listening to live music, or sign up to a workshop to learn the ins and outs of brewing, pairing and more with a tea expert.

Grab a box of bickies then head to the Sydney Tea Festival website for more details. Pretty piccie by Candice Carlin.
