We’re starting a petition to rename winter the Hand Awareness Months, in honour of our poor old mitts and their dried-out, frosty skin. As well as showing them a bit of love by smothering them in some sort of moisture-bringing cream, we suggest giving your fingernails a makeover, too – with all the lifting, peeling and grabbing they do, they sure as heck deserve it.
