Probably we watched too many episodes of The Bill when we were younger, because we always liked the idea that “a collar” was also Brit-cop speak for “the arrest of a criminal who totally deserves it, I swear”. If this leather collar from Latvian brand SmArtAnna was a collar on The Bill, it’d be a feisty mod librarian arrested for spray-painting something political on her local rec centre. Then she’d have a cup of tea with Constable Reg and all would be right with the world.
