For many of us, procrastination usually consists of chomping on a variety of carb-laden treats and binge-watching trashy TV shows – but for Slow Stitch Sophie, avoiding doing serious stuff (in her case, her landscape architecture studies) involves picking up a needle and thread and embroidering tiny botanical masterpieces. Each piece starts with a small cluster of colourful blooms, then, slowly but surely, the blooms multiply, spreading across the hoop and forming an intricate floral horizon. Pretty lovely, huh?
