Bees have an awful lot to offer us. They pollinate our crops, teach us about running a functional society and, of course, produce the goopy gold that is a delicious hive-full of honey.

Bees have an awful lot to offer us. They pollinate our crops, teach us about running a functional society (ahem, grab a copy of issue 56 for more on this), and, of course, produce the goopy gold that is a delicious hive-full of honey. Plus, without them this salted rose and honey pie would not exist, and for that we are thankful. We can imagine chowing down on the gooey, salty, flowery filling al fresco, surrounded by buzzing bees and giving them an appreciative tip of the sunhat.
