What's the old saying? A couple that collects ceramic kitchenware together stays together?

What's the old saying? A couple that collects ceramic kitchenware together stays together? It has certainly worked for this twosome, now in their 90s, who have been an item since they were sporting a uniform and lugging textbooks around their high school halls. Over 70-odd years the pair has accumulated 4,000 wonderfully kitsch salt and pepper shaker sets (and no doubt made some excellently seasoned meals), with a little help from supportive friends and family all over the world.

After discovering an ad on US website craigslist advertising the sale of 2,000 of the pieces, filmmaker Keith Rivers got in touch to find out the back story, and this mini documentary was born. Have a gander, and prepare for your heart to be warmed.
