russian fairy tales
Everyday life in Russia can look a little, well, storybook-like – and shutterbug Frank Herfort is capturing it all.
No witches or warlocks in these fairy tales – just the everyday storybook scenes that present themselves to Leipzig-born photographer Frank Herfort, who now calls Moscow home. Having grown up dreaming of visiting the Russian capital, he now dedicates himself to capturing magical moments in the former Soviet state. He’s been working on his series, Russian Fairy Tales, for over 10 years, and there’s no knowing when (or if) the fellow will ever be done. See more on Frank’s website.
