pippa dyrlaga’s papercut portraits

The English artist’s latest work is all about staying home.

English papercut artist Pippa Dyrlaga has long been creating work that reflects the natural world, cutting out intricate forests scenes and majestic critters, both real and fictional. Lately, though, she’s been focused on domestic life. As social distancing becomes our new way of life, Pippa has responded with two lovely portraits to reflect the times. While we aren't able to hug our pals or chat face-to-face right now, Pippa wants her art to remind us that connecting and collaborating from afar is still possible: all we have to do is reach out. Keep up to date with Pippa over here.
