Y'know that phrase, 'colours so good that you could eat '? Well this is like the literal translation of that theory. French food designer Emilie de Griottes has created a series of tiny tarts all coloured like Pantone cards. Each of the biscuits is iced, stamped with its relevant Pantone number, and then topped with the accompanying fruit or vegetable that is that hue. See them here.
