Y'know that phrase, 'colours so good that you could eat '? Well this is like the literal translation of that theory. French food designer Emilie de Griottes has created a series of tiny tarts all coloured like Pantone cards. Each of the biscuits is iced, stamped with its relevant Pantone number, and then topped with the accompanying fruit or vegetable that is that hue. See them here. There are also a series of recipes for each sweet available here. Now excuse us, we're going to go and decide whether to paint our walls tomato-485C or cucumber-7492C.
