mum’s got ciggie rage and she’s leaving exhibition opening

Sydney folk: the very first art exhibition from Hannah Crofts (i.e. one quarter of folk group All Our Exes Live in Texas) is opening tonight. Reasons to attend: Hannah makes rad pictures; there will be free ale, courtesy of Young Henrys; Hannah, her bandmate Georgia Mooney and James Daley from The Morissons will be singing a few tunes. Truly, what more could one want from a Sunday night out on the town? It’s on at Crystal’s Salon & Gallery (at 3–7 Crystal St, Petersham) from 6pm, and it just so happens to be the gallery’s launch, too, so it’s an extra-special shindig for all involved.
