The only thing better than a bowl of mash in winter is a pile of bite-sized mashed potato chips that can be scoffed by the handful. Crispy on the outside with a goopy, warming centre, they would make the perfect accompaniment for some good ol' Aussie snags, or if we're honest, just eaten on their ownsome as a herby, salty snack.
