marianne batlle's beaded portraits

We are slightly enamoured with all of French artist Marianne Batlle’s wondrous creations.

We are slightly enamoured with all of French artist Marianne Batlle’s wondrous creations – especially her range of wee beaded brooches. Stitched by hand using painstaking detail (and no doubt a hefty supply of patience), they’re the spitting image of each of the pint-sized celebrities they represent. Our personal favourites are the mini Spock and teeny-tiny Mary Poppins; head this-a-way to see which you like best.
