marbled paper garland diy

This colourful DIY seems like a good way to inject some brightness into our lives, that doesn't involve decorating our digits.

It's recently come to our attention that our stash of nail polish colours is getting a wee bit out of control. As a group of people with only 10 fingers and 10 toes each, and no involvement whatsoever in the mani/pedi industry, the mounting numbers are rather excessive – but we might just have found a practical use for the abundant varnish rainbow.

This colourful DIY over on A Subtle Revelry's blog seems like a good way to inject some brightness into our lives, that doesn't involve decorating our digits. Using some water, nail polish and a bit of twirling and swirling, she teaches us how to try our hand at some at-home marbling, with the end result a pretty paper garland (or greeting card, or any other paper product you please).
