Someone give a certificate of crafty appreciation to Milwaukee resident Molly Evans. The clever lass had managed to merge guerilla embroidery and Lionel Ritchie lyrics, all in the name of giving abandoned furniture a voice – or more specifically, as she says, Lionel's lovable, swoon-worthy, smooth as butter voice.

She's cleverly called the project Lionel Stitchie, and her nifty needlework has been applied to discarded mattresses, couches, armchairs and more, all found on her local suburban streets. Have a gander at the full series right over here, but be prepared for a charming earworm to work its way into your head this afternoon (and perhaps even stick around all night long).
