There are a lot of mysteries in this crazy world we live in, and Japanese artist Jun Kiyagawa knows the answers are always below the surface. That's why he's installed giant zippers all over public spaces in Japan, seemingly giving people a peep at what lies beneath. The tricky 3D artworks are part of a project called Zippers, and have so far popped up on train station walls, open house floors and – most impressively - across an ornamental hotel pond.
